The value of your phone depends on the model, condition, and accessories. After filling out our online form, you will receive a non-binding offer. You can accept or decline this offer.

5. Can I also sell defective devices?

Yes, we also buy defective devices. Accurately specify the condition of your device, and we will make you an offer based on the reported damages.

6. How long does it take for me to receive my money?

Once we have received and inspected your device, the payment is usually processed within 7 business days.

7. What happens to my personal data on the device?

We recommend resetting your device to factory settings before sending it to us. Our technicians ensure that all data is erased before the device is resold. Important: You must remove iCloud from Apple devices to complete the sale. Go to Settings – iCloud – Sign Out.

8. Do you cover the shipping costs?

Yes, shipping is free for you. You will receive a shipping label that you can use for free shipping.

9. What happens if my device does not match the stated condition?

If your device does not match the stated condition, we will make you an adjusted offer. You can accept or decline this offer. If you decline, we will return the device to you free of charge.

10. Can I sell multiple devices at the same time?

Yes, you can sell multiple devices at the same time. Simply enter each device separately into our online form, and you will receive an individual offer for each device.

11. What happens if my device gets damaged during shipping?

We recommend securely packaging your device to avoid transport damage. If damage does occur, we will review the case individually and find a solution.

12. Can I cancel the selling process?

Yes, you can cancel the selling process at any time as long as you have not yet sent the device to us. If the device is already on its way, please contact our customer service.
