Our services
We offer a wide range of services, including subscription consultations, contract renewals, TV/Internet connections, smartphone repairs in our own workshop, as well as a comprehensive selection of accessories and gadgets. In addition, we provide refurbished devices as well as mobile phone buying and selling.

We offer refurbished products from top brands such as Apple, Samsung, and many more. These devices have been carefully tested by us and are in perfect condition.

Since when has natelo existed
natelo was founded in 2015. Our headquarters is located in Emmenbrücke (Lucerne).
Additional locations
We support our customers at the locations in Muri (AG), Emmenbrücke, Küssnacht am Rigi, and Sursee.
Employees
With a total of 19 employees, we are proud to offer our customers first-class service and innovative solutions in the telecommunications industry. All our employees work in Switzerland.

We want to ensure that our customers find everything they need – from subscriptions and mobile phones to accessories and repairs, as well as mobile phone buying and selling, refurbished devices, and of course, first-class service.

Our commitment to sustainability
We offer refurbished devices and carry out mobile phone buying and selling in order to extend the lifespan of devices and provide environmentally conscious options for our customers.
Payout time
As soon as we have received and inspected your device and you have confirmed the payout, we will initiate it. The payment should normally be in your account within a few days (a maximum of seven working days).
