We offer refurbished products from top brands such as Apple and Samsung, among others. These devices have been carefully inspected and are in excellent condition.

7. When was natelo AG founded?
natelo AG was founded in 2015. Our headquarters is located in Emmenbrücke (Lucerne).
8. Are there additional locations?
Yes. We support our customers at locations in Muri (AG), Emmenbrücke, Küssnacht am Rigi, Rapperswil, and Sursee.

We offer refurbished devices and operate a mobile phone buy-and-sell service to extend the lifespan of devices and provide environmentally conscious options for our customers.
13. When will I receive my money?

As soon as we have received and inspected the device and you have confirmed the payout, we will then initiate the payment. The money should normally be in your account within a few days (a maximum of seven business days).
